If you asked a younger version of me what I wanted to do, a career in data wouldn't have made the list. AI wasn't even a thing. Like many of us, I found this world unintentionally, and using technology to help people solve problems quickly became a lifelong passion.
My foundation is 15+ years in data: architecture, analytics products and cloud platforms. I've designed and delivered solutions for 50+ organizations and led delivery teams at three global consultancies (PwC, Slalom and InterWorks) across the US, Singapore and Australia.
Then AI arrived, and I noticed the hard part wasn't the model. It was the data. Agents are only as good as what they can reach, and most enterprise data isn't ready for them. So I pivoted. Today at Twilio I make enterprise data AI-ready: connecting governed data in Snowflake and Visier to AI agents through MCP, and building the agents that turn it into decisions. Everything I learned about pipelines, definitions and governance turned out to be exactly the right preparation.
Favorite Twilio moment: using pictures of cats to show 200 people that AI makes their judgment more valuable, not less.

Making Twilio's enterprise data AI-ready: first by building the data platforms behind workforce analytics, now by connecting that data to AI agents that business leaders actually use.
- Build AI agents on top of governed data through MCP servers for Snowflake and Visier, including a workforce cost scenario-modeling agent and an agent-generated Workforce Action Brief for business leaders.
- Own Visier as the workforce intelligence platform, connecting it with Workday, Snowflake and other systems so the same trusted metrics power dashboards and AI agents alike.
- Lead enterprise data and AI solutions for People and Finance stakeholders, including a stint as interim Director of People Insights leading 10 FTEs.
- Rebuilt the full People Analytics stack on Snowflake and Tableau and launched the People Analytics Portal, serving 300+ stakeholders from the C-suite to HR partners.
- Created “Cat or Not Cat,” an AI literacy workshop that has shown 200+ colleagues why human purpose and judgment matter more, not less, in the AI era.
